Law and public administration in Europe – project on administrative silence – call for interests

The Chairs of the  Law and public administration group, Professor Dacian Dragos (Cluj), Professor Polonca Kovac (Ljubljana) and Professor Beert Marseille (Groningen) invite expressions of interest for their new project. The project is developed in the framework of the EGPA (European Group of Public Administration) conferences (http://egpa.iias-iisa.org/events/egpa-annual-conferences/). The topic for the 2018 (and 2019) EGPA conference(s) is administrative silence. See EGPA AdmSilence ResearchProposal Nov17.

Please, contact Professor Polonca Kovac (Polonca.Kovac (at) fu.uni-lj.si) by 20 November 2017 with regard to:

1. Expressing your interest to collaborate in this research framework, explicitly on the topic of administrative silence, the key activities and deadlines;
2. Which country/system or perhaps specific issues you prefer to cover; when there are more national scholars from the same country, we would appreciate if possible that you coordinate among yourselves upon the co-authorship and/or division of work/subthemes;
3. Do you suggest any specific content related items to add or redefine, with a short reasoning.
4. And last but not least, we welcome any additional themes – in (in)direct connection to the administrative silence or broader – you would like to raise to be addressed comparatively by this community.
